The Trust Company of Kansas (TCK) is pleased to announce several well-deserved promotions.

Matthew Broderick – Assistant Vice President & Trust Officer
Matthew Broderick has been promoted to Assistant Vice President & Trust Officer at The Trust Company of Kansas. Over the last two years, Matthew has done an exceptional job working to expand his industry knowledge and promote TCK’s brand and values. In this role, Matthew will take a larger client advisory role and drive business development efforts.

Paul F. Fowler, C.T.F.A. – Senior Vice President & Trust Officer
Paul Fowler is being promoted to Senior Vice President & Trust Officer. He is being recognized for his years of service and dedication to TCK. With this promotion, Paul will maintain his existing client relationships and use his experience in the trust industry to serve as a trusted mentor to TCK’s next generation of Trust Officers.

Kalie Gillock – Marketing Officer
Kalie Gillock has been promoted to Marketing Officer. She has been an essential part in TCK’s marketing efforts, deepening our connections with clients and the communities we serve. She will continue to oversee TCK’s marketing, brand, and client experience, while implementing strategies that will drive brand awareness, loyalty and growth.

Carol J. Lindner – Senior Vice President – Compliance & AML Officer
Carol Lindner has been promoted to Senior Vice President – Compliance & AML Officer. Carol’s broad knowledge in compliance, operations, and risk management has played a key role in ensuring TCK is up to date with the rapidly evolving trust industry. In this role, Carol and her team will be responsible for developing compliance programs, reviewing company policies, and advising management on possible risks along with working with state auditors for the state exam in addition to other existing duties.

Lisa Mauck – Senior Vice President & Operations Officer
Lisa Mauck has been promoted to Senior Vice President & Operations Officer. Lisa is responsible for leading business operations by upholding the profitability and values of TCK. With this promotion, she will continue to manage the Trust Operations department as well as review all operational data to help make decisions regarding our organization’s success.

Terry Richards, C.T.F.A. – Senior Vice President & Trust Officer
Terry Richards has been promoted to Senior Vice President & Trust Officer. This is a well-deserved promotion that positions us to support our continued growth and provide the best possible service to our clients. Terry will continue to identify ways to expand her relationships with her existing clients and assist with the development of TCK’s next generation of Trust Officers.

Ramona Riggs – Trust Officer
Ramona Riggs has been promoted to Trust Officer. She will continue to support Chad Gilbert, Vice President & Trust Officer, with the administration of his client relationships and is looking forward to taking on additional responsibilities with clients in the Hutchinson market. Ramona embraces her responsibilities with professionalism, enthusiasm to learn, and provides the highest quality of service to meet and exceed client relationship needs.

Mary Rupp – Assistant Vice President & Cashier
Mary Rupp has been promoted to Assistant Vice President & Cashier. She will be accountable for providing a wide range of administrative support and responsibilities, as well as general office management. As a long term TCK employee, Mary will continue to excel in all see does to support TCK’s team in this new capacity.

Jess Sojka – Trust Officer
Jess Sojka has been promoted to Trust Officer. He joined TCK in January 2021. In this relatively short amount of time, he has embraced the trust industry and expanded his knowledge and expertise in the areas of financial planning, estate planning, and fiduciary investment management. He has proven himself as a valuable member of TCK’s team and he is excited to continue to learn in this greater hands-on role, while helping our clients plan for the future.
